A big ear of wheat

The owner of an animal food company wanted to pay tribute to his grandfather who founded the company. His grandfather was a miller and that was the starting point for the design. The balusters symbolize ears of wheat and together they form a field of wheat. The banister at the bottom of the stairs coils around a big ear of wheat, which forms the main baluster.
